These PM orders are then settled to Assets(AUC and Fixed Assets) and Expenses (G/L Accounts),
this happens in 2 phases mainly,
1. during the lifecycle of the project the orders are marked against a AUC (Asset under Construction) and
2. at the end of the Projects the PM orders are settled finally to Fixed Assets and remainder costs are settled as expenses to G/L Accoutns.
I have captured the order Commitment/plan/Actual and WBS Budget Information in BI System Successfully.
The only link missing is the Order Settlement information (to Assets or G/L Accounts) this information is available in tables COBRA and COBRB in ERP System
